With a slew of new developments popping up all around Longacreas in Chanhassen. The HOA board reached out to Norby and Associates to help them update their existing amenities as well as expand them helping to ensure home values remain competitive. This included identifying areas that could be update and maintained areas that could be redesigned to reduce/ remove maintenance costs. Norby Associates identified several different areas such as entrance monuments, parks, and maintained turf areas. From there we worked with the board to identify the priority areas, engaged with the community for their comments and concerns, then developed concept plans/ cost estimates for those areas/ suggestions.
